MI Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights endorses Witwer for the 71st House District

DELTA TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Angela Witwer, candidate for the Michigan House of Representatives 71st District, has earned the endorsement of the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights (MRCC).

“The hard-working men and women of the MRCC only endorse the best candidates who will stand up for them and other working families in the state of Michigan,” said Lisa Canada, MRCC political and legislative director.

House District 71 encompasses most of Eaton County, including the cities of Charlotte, Eaton Rapids, Grand Ledge; parts of Lansing, Olivet and Potterville; and the townships of Bellevue, Benton, Carmel, Chester, Delta Charter, Eaton Rapids, Kalamo, Oneida Charter, Roxand, Sunfield, Vermontville, Walton and Windsor Charter. The district represents approximately 100,000 residents.

The 2018 primary election takes place Aug. 7 with the general election Nov. 6.
